How long does signup take?
About 3 minutes for the form and 60 seconds for payment. Your Jetpack dashboard is available the moment you check out.
Do I need a GHL account first?
Yes — Jetpack runs on top of your GoHighLevel sub-account. Any GHL plan tier works, and you connect your sub-account during signup or later from Settings.
Do I have to connect GHL right now?
No. The Private Integration Token + Location ID fields are optional. Skip them if you'd rather connect later from Settings → Integrations. Filling them at signup just skips the manual snapshot install step.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard billing page. Charges are prorated automatically.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic includes Profile, Authority Dashboard, Core Setup, Tasks, and MCP for Claude — free forever. Pro adds unlimited Launchpads, Virtual Event Engine, Referral Hub, Pipeline & lead scoring, extended MCP context, 3 team seats, priority support, and advanced reporting.
