Questions people ask at this step
Signup, billing, and connecting Jetpack to your GoHighLevel sub-account.
How long does this take?
A few minutes for the form. On Basic you land in your dashboard straight away. On Pro there is a short Stripe checkout first, and your dashboard opens the moment it clears.
Do I need a GoHighLevel account first?
Yes. Jetpack runs on top of your own GoHighLevel sub-account, so the funnels, calendars, workflows and contacts it builds live in your account, not ours. Any GHL plan tier works. You'll connect it inside Jetpack as your first step after signing in.
What actually happens after I sign up?
You land in your Jetpack dashboard, tell Claude who you serve and what you sell, and it writes your Authority Profile from that. On Pro you then pick a Launchpad and Jetpack builds the funnel, calendar, emails and automations into your connected GHL sub-account.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic is free forever and gives you your Authority Profile, GHL Core Setup, your affiliate link and one team seat, with Tasks coming soon. Pro adds the Launchpads that do the building: Virtual Event, Lead Magnet and Network, plus extended MCP access and context, pipeline and segments, three team seats, priority support and advanced reporting. The Referral Hub is coming soon on Pro.
Can I start on Basic and upgrade later?
Yes, and most people should. Start free, get your Authority Profile up, and move to Pro when you are ready to launch something. Upgrades and downgrades happen from your dashboard billing page and charges are prorated automatically.
How do I cancel?
One click from your dashboard billing page. No calls and no forms. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
