The agency owner never uses a client seat. Every seat you pay for goes to a client.

You own the relationship

Only the agency owner contacts Jetpack support. Your clients always come to you.

A fair price floor

You bill each client at least $197 a month, the same as Pro. Above that, the price is yours.

Clients are protected

If an agency cancels, its clients get 7 days before they move to the free Basic plan.

What does each client seat include?

Full Pro access. Every Launchpad, extended MCP access and context, pipeline and segments, and advanced reporting, inside that client's own GoHighLevel sub-account.

Can I add seats later?

Yes. Extra seats are $47 a month, or $470 a year, each. There is no limit, and you can add them any time from your dashboard.

How much should I charge my clients?

At least $197 a month per client. That is the same as Pro, so no one undercuts the market. Above that, the price is yours to set.

Who talks to Jetpack support?

Only the agency owner. Your clients come to you, and you come to us. You own the relationship from start to finish.

What happens to my clients if I cancel?

Your clients get 7 days of full access. After that they move to the free Basic plan, so they keep their account and their Authority Profile.

When do I need Enterprise?

When you serve more than 60 clients and want a custom deal. You never have to move up. On Starter or Growth you can always just add seats instead.
